How to Think Like a Law School CIO
    (Original Session Date: 6/23/01)

    Session Description
Don't blame the presenters for the title of this session. I foisted it upon them - John Mayer.

In the last couple of years, a new job title has started to appear in law school IT - Chief Information Officer. This development represents the growing importance that law schools are placing on the strategic nature of IT services.

This session will be an interactive discussion on high-level law school IT management issues. What's it like to be part of the Senior Staff or to report directly to the Dean? What kind of thinking does it take to swim in these waters and to think like a CIO?
