Project Bosnia’s vision of an Internet-based legal system for Bosnia, fostering a rule of law and promoting a civil society is the most logical and achievable solution to rebuilding an infrastructure in a war-torn country. The dire need for public legitimacy is closely linked with the availability of information which the Internet provides. Project Bosnia is but one example of how the marriage of technology, the law and legal education can make a positive difference in the world around us.
