2) Circumstances that facilitate/difficult the development of a Strategic Plan for Information Technology.
3) Steps required to develop a Strategic Plan for Information Technology.
4) Components of a Strategic Plan for Information Technology.
The presenter has successfully developed Strategic Plans for Information
Technology for several organizations including: Ministry of Natural
Resources of Costa Rica, Ministry of Public Works of Spain, Ministry
of Economy of Spain, Saint Louis Zoological Park, and Washington
University in Saint Louis.
