Some ideas from Larry Farmer on how his Interviewing & Counseling course at BYU Law School deploys video equipment in the classroom:

I have attached some photos of the camera and headset configuration we are using this year for in-class recordings in the Legal Interviewing and Counseling course. This configuration works for a class of 24 students. We can now fit all of the cameras and headsets into portable aluminum cases that can be more easily delivered to the classroom when we are doing in-class recordings.
