The Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (“CALI”) abides by the United States federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), by responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. As part of CALI’s response, a decision may be made to remove access or disable access to material residing on a site that is controlled or operated by CALI, (such as cali.org, Classcaster.org or learnthelaw.org.) and where the material is claimed to be infringing.
